All of our Chrome extensions are 100% free to install from the Chrome Web Store:

- API Sniffer Pro - Completely free
- SEO Pro Debugger - Completely free
- CORS Helper - Completely free
These free extensions require no payment and can be uninstalled at any time. No refunds or cancellations apply to free products.
3. Smart Form Filler Pro (Paid Upgrade)
3.1 How Pro Works
Smart Form Filler Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks advanced features:
- Base Extension: Free to install from Chrome Web Store
- Pro Upgrade: Purchased directly from our website (not through Chrome Web Store)
- Pricing: $4.99/month or $47.99/year (save 20%)
- Activation: Instant unlock after payment via license key
3.2 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- How to Cancel: Email team@nrkgo.com with "Cancel Pro Subscription" in the subject line
- When it Takes Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Access After Cancellation: Pro features remain active until your paid period ends
- Extension Remains: The free version continues to work - only Pro features are disabled
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time
3.3 No Refunds Policy
Smart Form Filler Pro is a digital product with instant access. All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No refunds will be provided once you purchase and activate Pro features
- No trial period - Please try the free version first to ensure it meets your needs
- No exceptions for change of mind, non-use, or buyer's remorse
- This is standard for digital products and Chrome extensions
3.4 Exceptions (Only in These Cases)
Refunds may ONLY be granted in these exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription
- Unauthorized Payment: If your payment method was used without your permission (fraud)
- Technical Failure: If Pro features fail to activate after payment and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error on our end

3.5 What is NOT Refundable
We CANNOT provide refunds for:
- ❌ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- ❌ Not using the Pro features after purchase
- ❌ Subscription renewals (you must cancel before renewal)
- ❌ Uninstalling the Chrome extension
- ❌ Switching browsers or devices
- ❌ Not reading the feature list before purchasing
- ❌ Violations of our Terms of Use
- ❌ Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
4. Dispute Resolution (Exceptional Cases Only)
4.1 If You Were Charged Incorrectly
If you believe you have a valid case for a refund (duplicate charge, fraud, technical failure, or billing error ONLY):
- Email team@nrkgo.com with subject "Billing Dispute"
- Include your transaction ID or order number
- Provide the email address used for purchase
- Provide proof/evidence of the issue (screenshot of duplicate charge, bank statement, etc.)
- Explain the specific issue clearly
4.2 Review Process
- Response Time: We will review within 2-3 business days
- Approval: Only valid exceptional cases will be approved
- Processing: If approved, refunds take 7-10 business days
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method only
- Notification: Email confirmation sent once processed
⚠️ Important: General refund requests for change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction will be automatically denied. Please try the free version thoroughly before purchasing Pro.
5. Subscription Renewals
Premium subscriptions renew automatically:
- Monthly: Renews every 30 days
- Annual: Renews every 365 days
- Cancel Before Renewal: To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
6. Downgrades (Pro to Free)
You can downgrade from Pro to Free at any time:
- Simply cancel your subscription (no need to uninstall the extension)
- Pro features remain active until your current billing period ends
- After expiration, the extension automatically reverts to the free tier
- All your data remains intact - nothing is lost
- No refund for unused Pro time (cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
- You can upgrade back to Pro anytime
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues:

- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot fix the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks:
- Hurt small businesses like ours with additional fees
- Can be avoided by contacting us directly for a refund
- May result in account termination and ban from future purchases
- We will work with you in good faith to resolve any payment disputes
