2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU), or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing and features are described on our Pricing Page.

5.2 Billing

• Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Recurring Billing: Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (added at checkout)

5.3 Refunds

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• After 30 Days: Refunds are at our discretion

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. No partial refunds for unused time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) are owned by NRKGO or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using our Services (form profiles, configurations). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Services.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate them into our Services without compensation or attribution.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• Local Storage: Data is stored locally by default
• Cloud Sync: Optional, end-to-end encrypted
• No Selling: We never sell your data

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account in extension settings
• Emailing support@nrkgo.com

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Pose a security risk

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease immediately
• Cloud-synced data will be deleted within 30 days
• Local data remains on your device until you delete it
• Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NRKGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NRKGO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or data
